All Sales are Final!! At Ambitious Bee Hair we maintain a very High Level of Quality Assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a Vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the Best Quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our Primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Due to the nature of they type of products we sell ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

Replacements or Exchanges:

We take Great Pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. However, we understand dealing with anything in Life nothing is Perfect. If you feel you’ve received a product that is truly Defective or of Poor Quality we want to hear from you RIGHT AWAY so that we may make your situation right! You must contact us via email within 7 calendar of receipt of your products. Although No Refunds are permitted we will address ALL quality issues at once. Once your replacement or exchange request is approved you will be emailed instructions for return of ALL products in question. 

Once the defective product is received and verified Ambitious Bee will exchange or replace all items in question. If the customer selects a product in exchange of Greater Value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Ambitious Bee will cover the cost of shipping the New items back to the customer. If Ambitious Bee Hair does not validate the product to be defective or of Poor Quality, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product. However we will not accept any product that has been altered in any way.
